EXCHANGE: We realisethat one or more items in your giftbox may not be your personal choice and will try to facilitate you in an exchange. Please email or phone us to arrange this within 14 days of receipt of your gift. We cannot exchange beyond this time, and your goods must be in perfect resaleable condition. No monetary value will be extended, and you will be responsible for all postage costs.

SHIPPING RATES : The shipping is charged based on a composite of the order value & its associated weight.

In the case of multiple gift boxes sent to one address, it may be subject to extra charge because of weight. Baby Wish Box will contact you in this case.
