RETURNS: If for any reason goods you receive are not those ordered or are faulty in some way, you must e-mail us within 48 hours of your receipt, and return them unused and in original packing within 14 days of receipt for exchange or refund. The packaging will need to be examined for damage. We will reimburse you for this return postage, and your exchange goods will be shipped free of charge, provided the weight of the new package is not more than the original.
